JUNE-SEPT Activity Rotation

Registration closes: April 30, 2024

Sign Up as either a "Full Participant" or "Substitute Participant".

Successful groups follow the Participation Guidelines.

Activity Packets will be emailed about 1 week before the beginning of the rotation. 

A summary will appear on your screen once you complete the registration process.  Please print this for your records.

Couples participation: Please enter selections for both parties on a single form.  Check with your spouse/partner to be sure your registration hasn't already been submitted!

No participation for this rotation? Even if you do not wish to participate, please click No Participation and indicate no participation so that we'll have your response on file.

Need to change your selections?

• To change a previous submission, click Register and then select "New Registration" to enter a new record.

Multiple submissions: If you (and/or your spouse/partner) enter more than one registration, the latest will be honored.
