Tryon Equestrian Center is the setting.  The evening starts with a casual dinner at the Silver Spoon Saloon then 90 minutes of games at the Tryon Entertainment Sports & VR Center.

Event details:

• July 13, 2025 - Sunday
• 4:50PM - 8:00PM
• 4:50PM meet at KCC lower parking lot, form carpools for 25 minute drive to Tryon Equestrian Center or drive yourself.
• 5:30PM Dinner at Silver Spoon Saloon

• 6:30-8:00PM Enjoy endless fun at the Entertainment Sports & VR Center with infinite activities (all included in price!):
• VR Simulator/Escape Room
• Duckpin bowling
• Axe throwing
• Sports Simulator
• Racing Simulator
• Pool Tables
• Dart Lanes
• Arcade Games
• Indoor Pickle Ball

Event Costs: 

• $15 per person for unlimited games within 90 minutes.  Drinks and Dinner on your own account
• Costs for food and beverages incurred during dinner will be paid separately by each participant.  

Payment requirements:   

A pre-payment of $15 per person is required to reserve your space.  Once you have completed the online registration for this event, you will receive a “registration received pending pre-payment” email from the KNN email system.  Please follow the pre-payment instructions in that email including submitting the prepayment by the June 18th to assure your space is confirmed. 

Please make checks payable to KNN, write write Tryon-Silver Spoon/Games Event in memo line - Attn:  Deborah Bartee.  One check is acceptable for multiple people.

Deliver checks to KPOA office or slip into KPOA mail slot

Participant Cancellation policy:   Please contact Deborah Bartee dbartee@pacbell.net or 707-328-7185 before July 6, 2025 for cancellations.

Minimum of 40 participants , no maximum number of participants.  The more people the more fun!

KNN members will be prioritized first before we open this event up to guests.   

You are encouraged to sign-up early.  Registration closes June 17th
